The American Film Night is an invitation-only black-tie gala celebrating the creative and diplomatic ties between Japan and the United States. Co-presented by the Motion Picture Association and The Hollywood Reporter Japan as equal co-hosts, the event brings together senior figures from the entertainment, diplomatic, and business communities for an evening of cinema, culture, and connection. This year’s edition is held in official support of America250 — the semiquincentennial celebration of 250 years of the United States — and co-hosted with the U.S. Embassy Tokyo.
