Tsukasa Shiga is the co-founder of Hersey Shiga Global K.K. A graduate of Boston University, Shiga has co-produced and financed several domestic and international movies. Tsukasa Shiga is the President of Ceremony Group, the leading provider of event management and real estate services in the prefecture of Saitama, Japan. A family business founded in 1964, Ceremony Group is the official partner of the Urawa Red Diamonds soccer club and main sponsor of the Portimonense S.C. soccer club in Portugal.
Bill Hersey, Founder
Bill Hersey, founder of HSG, was the original ‘influencer‘ and ‘society columnist’ in Tokyo. He passed away on March 14 at age 87. A fixture on the Tokyo social and entertainment scene for decades, he covered everything from openings of Hollywood movies, charity and embassy events. With his high-society photos and PartyLine column – ‘People, Parties, Places’ at the Tokyo Weekender he shaped the magazine since its founding in 1970.
