Terry Crews Hosts Launch of Mercedes-Benz X Binghatti’s $1B Dubai Project

Mercedes-Benz has ventured into real estate with its first major construction project in Dubai, “Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti,“ unveiled at a grand event on January 24, 2024. The $1 billion luxury development, located in the heart of Dubai, will feature 2-5 bedroom penthouses, duplexes, and triplexes in a 65-story tower offering stunning views of the Burj Khalifa.

Thanks to Hersey Shiga Global, American actor Terry Crews hosted the evening as MC, adding star power to the event. The project, slated for completion in late 2026, will feature 150 residences and business centers, with prices starting at $2.7 million. Its elliptical design reflects the sleek aesthetics of Mercedes-Benz automobiles.
