You can enjoy the original menu prepared by the chef, such as a reindeer-shaped pie filled with fragrant foie gras mousse, raspberries, and mascarpone cheese, and a five-layer Christmas trifle that is presented in a glossy pomegranate vinegar jelly.
German traditional Stollen, which is becoming more and more popular in Japan, is a popular treat at Andaz Tokyo, with its freshly prepared original Stollen that uses 5 types of dried fruits soaked in rum and walnuts.
